At NUXE, your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or where the protective seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NUXE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected with bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided by our customer care team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
